How to request deletion

You can ask us to permanently delete your NXT RUN account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:

1. In the app. Open NXT RUN, go to your account or profile settings, and choose Delete Account, where available. Follow the prompts to confirm.
2. By email. Email us at support+nxtrun@enduranceapps.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request." So we can verify your request, please include the email on your account and, if you have it, the app store you signed up through (Apple or Google).

What we delete

When your deletion request is verified and completed, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account and profile information, such as your name and email address.
• Your training profile and preferences, including goal race, fitness inputs, schedule, and effort preferences.
• Your training plans and workouts, both planned and completed.
• Your health, fitness, and performance data, such as pace, distance, heart rate, cadence, elevation, splits, and best efforts.
• Your GPS and route data.
• Data received from services you connected, such as Garmin, Strava, Apple, or COROS, that is stored in your NXT RUN account.
• Support messages and other information tied to your account.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to, for example records needed for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may also keep data that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you. Any residual copies in secure backups are removed on our regular backup cycle.

How long it takes

We verify and complete deletion requests within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days. If your request will take longer, we will let you know.

Before you delete: subscriptions and connected services

• Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are billed by the app stores. Cancel or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple or Google Play account settings. See our Support page for help.
• Disconnect linked services. Deleting your NXT RUN data does not delete data held by Garmin, Strava, Apple, or COROS. Manage or delete that data in each service's own settings.
• Deleting the app is not enough. Removing NXT RUN from your device does not delete your account or your data. Use one of the methods above.
