How to delete your NXT RUN account and the personal data associated with it. Last updated: July 4, 2026.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to permanently delete your NXT RUN account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:

  1. In the app. Open NXT RUN, go to your account or profile settings, and choose Delete Account, where available. Follow the prompts to confirm.
  2. By email. Email us at support+nxtrun@enduranceapps.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request." So we can verify your request, please include the email on your account and, if you have it, the app store you signed up through (Apple or Google).
Ready to delete your data? Email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will take care of it.

What we delete

When your deletion request is verified and completed, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to, for example records needed for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may also keep data that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you. Any residual copies in secure backups are removed on our regular backup cycle.

How long it takes

We verify and complete deletion requests within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days. If your request will take longer, we will let you know.
