BQ Bonus Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Requirements

• To receive the BQ Bonus, you must be an annual subscriber for at least 60 days.
• Minimum amount paid: Your eligibility and your award are based on the amount you actually paid for the annual NXT RUN Pro subscription that covered your qualifying training period, after any discount, promotional or introductory pricing, coupon or discount code, referral or partner credit, club, team, or race discount, or other reduced-price offer. If you paid less than $75 for that subscription, you are not eligible for the BQ Bonus. Free, gifted, complimentary, and fully comped subscriptions are not eligible. See the award tiers below.
• You must have used the NXT RUN app for at least 60 consecutive days prior to running your qualifier.
• You must meet the standard and clear that year's cutoff: Your qualifying time must meet the official Boston Athletic Association (BAA) qualifying standard for your age group and gender, and it must also be fast enough to clear the BAA's cutoff for the year you apply. Because the Boston Marathon is oversubscribed, in most years the BAA accepts only runners who beat the standard by a buffer, and that buffer is not announced until after registration closes. Meeting the published qualifying standard alone does not make you eligible for the BQ Bonus. If your application is not accepted for that year's race, you are not eligible.
• You must provide proof of your Boston qualifying time and proof of entry into the Boston Marathon. Acceptable forms of proof of entry include an official acceptance email from the Boston Athletic Association (BAA), an official race registration confirmation, or a screenshot of your final registration status from the Boston Marathon website.
• You must have a documented record of training for your Boston qualifying race in the NXT RUN app.

Bonus Amount & Payment

Your BQ Bonus is determined by the amount you actually paid, after any discount or promotion, for the annual NXT RUN Pro subscription that covered your qualifying training period. Amounts below are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes.

• Choosing your award. If your tier includes a choice, you must tell us in writing which award you want within 30 days of the date we confirm your eligibility. If you do not respond within that window, we will grant the 12 free months. Once an award is granted, the choice is final and cannot be changed or exchanged.
• How free months are granted. Twelve free months means twelve consecutive months of NXT RUN Pro at no charge, applied to the account associated with your qualifying subscription. Depending on how you subscribed, we may deliver this as a promotional code, an account credit, or a comped subscription period. Free months have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, and expire if not activated within 90 days of being issued. If your subscription would renew during the free period, it is your responsibility to follow the activation instructions we provide.
• Cash payment. Cash awards are paid via Venmo or PayPal. Please allow at least 5 business days after providing proof of entry to receive your payment. Payment will be made within 30 days of providing proof of entry.
• The BQ Bonus is awarded once per subscriber for a given Boston Marathon qualification, and the award is capped at the tier shown above regardless of how many subscriptions or accounts you hold.

General Terms

• NXT RUN and its representatives reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the BQ Bonus at any time without notice.
• By participating, you agree to abide by all applicable rules, and decisions made by NXT RUN are final.
• It is expected that you remain a positive ambassador to the NXT RUN app. As part of the agreement to receive your payout, you must leave a positive review in the App Store or Google Play store (4 or 5 stars) with no disparaging comments about the app or your experience.

Additional Disclaimers

• Health and Safety: You acknowledge that running and training come with inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any exercise regimen.
• Liability Waiver: By participating, you agree that NXT RUN is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your decision to run, train, or race.
• Compliance: You must comply with all race rules, local regulations, and anti-doping laws. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the bonus.
• Verification: NXT RUN reserves the right to verify results or eligibility at any time. If we suspect fraud, we may withhold payment.
• Legal Jurisdiction: These terms may be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and disputes may be resolved according to a specified arbitration or legal process.
