BQ Bonus Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Requirements

• To receive the BQ Bonus, you must be an annual subscriber for at least 60 days.
• You must have used the NXT RUN app for at least 60 consecutive days prior to running your qualifier.
• You must provide proof of your Boston qualifying time and proof of entry into the Boston Marathon. Acceptable forms of proof of entry include an official acceptance email from the Boston Athletic Association (BAA), an official race registration confirmation, or a screenshot of your final registration status from the Boston Marathon website.
• You must have a documented record of training for your Boston qualifying race in the NXT RUN app.

Bonus Amount & Payment

• The BQ Bonus is 50% of your most recent annual subscription payment or $120, whichever is less. This includes any special first-year offers.
• Payment will be made via Venmo or PayPal. Please allow at least 5 business days after providing proof of entry to receive your payment. Payment will be made within 30 days of providing proof of entry.

General Terms

• NXT RUN and its representatives reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the BQ Bonus at any time without notice.
• By participating, you agree to abide by all applicable rules, and decisions made by NXT RUN are final.
• It is expected that you remain a positive ambassador to the NXT RUN app. As part of the agreement to receive your payout, you must leave a positive review in the App Store or Google Play store (4 or 5 stars) with no disparaging comments about the app or your experience.

• Health and Safety: You acknowledge that running and training come with inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any exercise regimen.
• Liability Waiver: By participating, you agree that NXT RUN is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your decision to run, train, or race.
• Compliance: You must comply with all race rules, local regulations, and anti-doping laws. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the bonus.
• Verification: NXT RUN reserves the right to verify results or eligibility at any time. If we suspect fraud, we may withhold payment.
• Legal Jurisdiction: These terms may be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and disputes may be resolved according to a specified arbitration or legal process.
